On my Windows 10 machine, if Bluetooth is on, I see all the devices that are paired, and when Bluetooth is off, those devices are not displayed.

In the Confirm Device Uninstall window, check the box Delete the driver software for this device if available. I have had the same problem, using 2 different windows 10 machines. Please try this out and also souhd us know if the headphones pair successfully to non-windows devices android, iOS, etc. Do you have another Bluetooth speaker that you could try?

Both of these links relate to soudn issues not headpbone issues. Clear the pairing list on the QC35’s Turn the headset on Slide the button to the Bluetooth symbol and hold for 10 seconds or until the headphones announce that the pairing list llenovo been cleared.
As I wrote earlier, I have no problem finding the device and no problem pairing the device and when I play music I can see the bars moving on the sound gauge to tell me that its playing. I am enjoying audio from Win 10 to my QC35s again. This worked for me.
It sounds like you may have had Bluetooth turned off. Can someone tell me what I am missing? I can see that the sound is “playing” somewhere – but nothing is coming thru the headphones. Once the uninstallation is sund, reboot the PC.
It sounds like the QC35 are working fine. Open the “Run” dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then press the R key “Run”. Please make sure that Bluetooth is turned on, and then go back into Device Manager.

Waste of euro. This is a secondary service generally used only for phone-call audio. Not sure who to Blaim but hopefully Bose has better support than Microsoft.
First make llenovo that the Bose headphones are selected as the Default Device, in your Audio output settings: Initially, I was able to get the QC 35’s to sounv to my computer and even set them as the default audio playback device, but I wasn’t getting any sound to the headphones. Is there an exclamation mark beside it? I can see from the audiobar that the sound is “working” eg the bars are moving as the song plays, but I cannot hear anything in my headphones. I keep coming back to the problem is with the driver wants to install is not correct.
